Welcome to Kyoto Fun Tours! By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

 

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings must be made in advance through our website or authorized booking platforms.
1.2. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the tour selected.
1.3. Prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
1.4. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

 

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1. Cancellations made 2 days or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund unless otherwise stated.
2.2.Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.
2.3. Kyoto Fun Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns). In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

 

3. Tour Participation and Conduct

3.1. Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in tour forfeiture without a refund.
3.2. Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by the tour guide. Kyoto Fun Tours is not responsible for injuries resulting from reckless behavior or failure to follow instructions.
3.3. Kyoto Fun Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant who is disruptive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk, without refund.

 

4. Changes to Tours

4.1. Kyoto Fun Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. If significant changes occur, participants will be notified in advance, and alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.

 

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1. Kyoto Fun Tours is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
5.2. We strongly recommend participants have travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

 

6. Photography and Media

6.1. Kyoto Fun Tours may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you agree to the use of such images unless you request otherwise in writing before the tour.

 

7. Governing Law

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kyoto, Japan.
